OEM Screws are made of Aluminium and have a Torx Head, as no Washer it will scratch your Fairing when opening or closing the screw.

The neu ones are Stainless Steel ( Black ) with a Plastik Washer.

Last 2 Pictures shows the OEM screw. Not in with Set.
